The technology of creating a product (service)

  1. Processing of fruits, vegetables and berries into the appropriate pulp.
  2. Pasteurization of the pulp and bottling in aseptic bags in plastic conical barrels with a capacity of 220 liters. and transferring them to the warehouse for storage and further use.
  3. Blending and giving juices, smoothies or drinks the desired organoleptic properties (taste, smell and color).

Equipment

A complete technological line for processing fruits and vegetables into juices, smoothies and purees. A complete line of aseptic filling into bags (Tetra Pak type) with auxiliary equipment. The use of this equipment makes it possible to produce a drink with a shelf life of up to 360.

Industrial premises

The area is 720 square meters. Height 6 m. Floors -1. There are showers, a bathroom, a utility room (6x4), a room for a steam generator (6x6)

Technical Communications

Power supply from own KTP-250, central water supply available, gasified, autonomous heating (gas, solid fuel), sewerage available. Pneumatic line and steam supply in the project.

Operating mode

Three shifts of 8 hours. 7 days on Sunday for 8 months.

Production capacity

50,000 liters of juices - smoothies per day.

Critical factors

Product quality is fully controlled by the technological process.

Measures to reduce the impact of critical factors

Preventive inspections of equipment, quality control of raw materials and materials, periodic inspection of the level of qualifications of performers, ACS technological process.

Preservation

Raw materials and materials used in production do not require any increased storage requirements.

Warehouses

It is planned to complete the construction of a warehouse of 270 square meters. m. on the territory of the enterprise.

Measures for proper storage

Heating to maintain positive temperatures in winter.

Security

A fence has been installed around the entire perimeter of the enterprise's territory, and video surveillance, fire and alarm protection will also be installed.

Purchase of equipment

All equipment is selected according to the principle of "price, quality"

Justification of production capacity

The main criteria for justifying the design capacity were always the following:

  • calculation of the long-term product demand in the region;
  • calculation of long-term consumption of products in the region with current consumption and republicwide perspective consumption for 20 years, based on long-term per capita consumption, the prospective population, the demand for this product by other sectors, confirmed (or agreed) by their departments or applications of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine;;
  • development of the raw material base of the industry under consideration for the future (20 years);
  • a shortage of capacity for the production of these products in the region, taking into account the retirement of existing capacities for some objective reasons and other criteria.

Taking into account the foregoing, the design capacity of the proposed plant for the production of pectin- containing beverages is determined and justified locally. In addition, the industrial production of pectin- containing beverages in small and medium amounts completely eliminates the risk of poor harvest.

Ecological aspects

Wastewater

The maximum microbiological concentrations allowed in the effluent are within the norms.

Impact on the environment

In the shop there are no substances that pollute the air atmosphere and are exposed to ionizing radiation.

The noise levels in the area of industrial activity of the shop during the day do not exceed 70-80 dB and 55 dB - at night.

Due to the lack of strong mineral acids and bases in the process, the plant does not require technological treatment facilities.
